About Corework

We Built Corework Because We Needed It.

Corework was born inside a growing group of companies. As the businesses expanded, the challenge wasn't finding more work. The challenge was managing the work.

What started as an internal operating solution became a model we knew other companies needed — and then a set of repeatable operating models within specific industries.

Our story

The problem was never the work. It was managing it.

Corework was born inside a growing group of companies. As the businesses expanded, the challenge wasn't finding more work. The challenge was managing the work.

Different companies had different employees, outsourced teams, vendors, software, processes, and operating needs.

We needed a better way to determine what should be centralized, what should remain inside each company, what could be outsourced, and how all of it should be managed.

So we built Corework.

As the platform expanded, we began identifying repeatable operating models within specific industries. Those models became Core Ecosystems.

Today, Corework brings that same company-wide approach to businesses looking for a better way to scale.

Built inside real companies

Corework began as the operating backbone behind a diverse group of businesses.

As those companies grew, so did the complexity. Corework was created to bring structure to that complexity.

  • More people.
  • More systems.
  • More vendors.
  • More outsourced work.
  • More opportunities for execution to break down.
Our mission

Build the business around what you do best.

Keep your core team focused on the work that drives your business. Let Corework help build and manage the operational support around them.

We start with the business

Not with a job description. Understanding how a company operates comes before anything else.

People and systems together

Great people need great systems. We never ship one without the other.

We stay accountable

You shouldn't have to manage your outsourcing company. Corework manages execution.

Sections still in production

Leadership, Global Operations, Careers, Partners and News are planned sections of the About area. They are not published yet because the source content for them has not been supplied — no placeholder biographies or company facts have been invented in their place.

Bring that same approach to your company.

Start with an assessment. We'll look across your business before recommending anything.
