Privacy Policy
How Corework Group handles information submitted through this website.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
Structural draft — legal review required
This policy sets out the correct structure and describes how the site behaves as built. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel, and items marked [to be completed] need Corework's actual operating details before launch. It is not legal advice.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Corework Group website. It explains what information is collected when you browse the site or submit a form, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.
It does not cover information handled under a signed services agreement between Corework and a client company. That processing is governed by the terms of that agreement.
Information we collect
Information you provide
The site contains three forms: the operating assessment, the contact form, and the newsletter signup. When completed, these can collect:
- Your name, role, work email address and phone number
- Your company name, industry, revenue band, employee count, locations and entity count
- Descriptions of your departments, current outsourcing arrangements, software and operational challenges
- Anything else you choose to write in a free-text field
Only the fields marked as required must be completed. Everything else is optional.
Information collected automatically
Standard web server logs are generated when a page is requested. These typically include the requested URL, timestamp, referring page, IP address and browser user-agent string. [to be completed: confirm the hosting provider's log retention period.]
How information is used
- To respond to enquiries and prepare for a discovery call
- To produce and send your Corework Opportunity Map
- To send the newsletter, where you have asked to receive it
- To operate, secure and improve the website
Corework does not sell personal information.
Legal basis for processing
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, processing relies on legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated), consent (newsletter subscription), and legal obligation where applicable. [to be completed: confirm the jurisdictions Corework operates in and the applicable privacy regimes — for example UK/EU GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA.]
Sharing and disclosure
Information may be shared with service providers who operate parts of this site or Corework's business systems on our behalf, and with authorities where disclosure is legally required. [to be completed: list the actual processors in use — hosting, form handling, email delivery, CRM and analytics providers — and the countries they process data in.]
Cookies and analytics
As currently built, this website sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. All fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this domain. [to be completed: if analytics or a consent banner are added before launch, update this section and add the relevant consent controls.]
Retention
Enquiry and assessment submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business relationship, then deleted or anonymized. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. [to be completed: state the specific retention periods Corework applies.]
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict processing, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
Requests are handled using the contact route below.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to submitted information is limited to the Corework team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no absolute guarantee can be given. [to be completed: describe the access controls and breach-notification process Corework operates.]
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and Corework does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date at the top of the page.

Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent through the contact page. [to be completed: publish a dedicated privacy contact email address, the registered company name and address, and a data protection representative where one is required.]
